What this site does

Shipper builds pump.fun transactions for you to sign in your own wallet. We never hold your keys or your coins. Every transaction is shown in your wallet before you approve it.

For coins launched here, Shipper operates the coin's mission vault: it claims the coin's creator fees, converts them to dollars, and places orders with retailers through a third-party ordering service, as described in How it works.

Creator fees

Coins launched here are created with a pump.fun fee-sharing config that splits the coin's creator fees on chain between the coin's mission vault and Shipper, at the shares shown on the launch form before you sign. pump.fun lets the split be set only once, so it can't be changed later. The wallet that launches a coin receives no creator fees.

Missions

A mission is a statement of intent, not a contract with holders or with the recipient. We place orders when a coin's vault covers them, but retailers run out of stock, change prices, refuse orders and lose packages, and we can't promise that any particular package ships or arrives. We may refuse, pause, edit or cancel any mission, and we do so when one breaks the rules.

If you deploy a coin, you confirm that the recipient you name is an organization or business at a public address, not a private residence or an individual, and that the mission isn't meant to harass anyone.

Recipients

Recipients are not affiliated with Shipper or with any coin, and being named in a mission is not an endorsement by them. A recipient can stop shipments at any time with the link on the packing slip (see Recipient opt-out). Recipients' street addresses are stored encrypted and used only to place orders.

Risk

Memecoins are extremely volatile and can lose all of their value. Buying a coin is a trade, not a donation or a purchase of goods, and gives you no claim on the vault or on anything it buys. Launching a coin can't be undone. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Content

Only use images and text you have the right to use. Don't impersonate real people or organizations, and don't use other people's characters or logos. We may remove coins with content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or harassing.

Independence

Shipper is independent. It is not affiliated with pump.fun, with the retailers named on the site, or with any ordering service. Retailer names and icons are their owners' trademarks, and are used only to say where products are bought.
